Shopee Global Leaders Program

Shopee Global Leaders Program is a highlt selective 2-year program for graduates talents, comprising of four 6-month rotations in different business functions. It aims to develop outstanding talents to be future leaders of Indonesia.

Shopee GLP talent will experience steep professional growth from our structured training. At the end of the program, you would be equipped with critical skills to take up leadership roles in Shopee.

Rigorous Training Program

Target setting at the start of each rotation
Bi-monthly performance review
Memo presentation at the end of each rotation to senior management
Various networking opportunities

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master Degree (GPA typically above 3.5/4) in any discipline from top local or overseas university

Demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities or other exceptional achievements

Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience up to 2 years
