• Canvass selected office/commercial building in CBD area to identify potential tenants
• Canvass selected retailers to identify potential retailers
• Create an administration and filling system for documents
• Assist and collect document for meeting preparation
• Submit regular weekly reports to identify implementation status
• Report to and work with Market Development Associate Director

Requirements:

• Final Semester students majoring in Management, Business, Communication or equivalent.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and organization skill
• Independent and able to perform multitasking.
• Good in operating Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
