• Support recruitment activity (administrator for recruitment process and database for applicants)
• Assist Supervisor in Training & Development Planning
• Conduct psychological assesment

Requirements:

• Age maximum 27 years old
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Experience in recruitment is advantage
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Recruitment. Psikotest
• Able to work independently and having good teamwork
• Good looking, analytical thinking, active, communicative, and multitasking
• Ready to work under pressure
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Computer literate (MS.Office)
• Willing to work travelling
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
