Cyberius is a technology creation and solutions provider who takes on multiple clients at a time to make their digital dreams come true. We are looking for a team player who can help us with graphic design.

Requirements:

• Be able to create beautiful/eye appealing graphics (and messages a plus).
• Must understand elements in play when creating advertising (ei. What do potential customers see, what draws their attention, color schemes, messaging, etc).
• Must have and be able to use a good graphics software (adobe, photo shop, etc).
• Must be dedicated to the team, and able to make corrections when necessary.
• Must speak and understand English well.

Education:
Some college preferred. We will also consider self-taught enthusiasts, and those that have gained the necessary experience through life and have a desire and drive to accomplish the job at hand.

Experience:

• Working effectively in a team environment (there is no “I” in TEAM).

• Working independently in a reliable and responsible way.
• Adding value to teams and growing as an individual.
• Taking criticism well and improving based on true criticisms.
• Learning and implementing new skills.
• Graphic design experience.

Skills:

• Graphic design and imaging software
• Google G-drive files, docs, and spreadsheets
• Creating excellent and fun graphics
• Creating compelling ads
• Learning and Implementing new skills

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics based on requests from clients, directives from Project Managers/Team Leads, etc, and on your own initiative to complement blogs, social media posts, and other projects.
• Make corrections when and where necessary as requested.
• Contribute ideas to the team when inspiration rouses.

Credentials:

Any certification in Graphic Design a plus
Past job experience in Graphic Design a plus – or examples of work
