COMMUNITY HANDLER
Job Description :
· Monitoring the success of the community in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
· Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from conversations within the community.
· Respond to comments and customer queries in timely manner
· Monitor and report on feedback and reviews
· Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
· Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency
· Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
· Coordinate office activities and operations
· Manage administrative matter, phone calls, and member or roombookings
· Create and update records and databases
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s Degree in any major related to the position.
· Experience launching community initiatives
· Passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of communications and messages.
· Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
· Must have a cutting edge interest in social community and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realised.
· Fluent in English.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Available to work in South Jakarta Area
