Objective:
Category Management is about what to sell, and is the heart of any retail business. In Fabelio, the CM team manages our wide assortment of proprietary furniture, and a marketplace of selected products from trusted partners. This means engaging with other departments in Fabelio to push category sales and building meaningful partnerships with external suppliers.
