The Associate Consultant position is a junior level position with the main role of helping and executing the digital marketing plan designed by the digital strategy team for a client organization.  The role will be the main interface between the client(s) and the project team during a project.

Job Description

·     Provide support in the initial stage or preparation of project, including contract drafting, presentation making and conducting any relevant research or assessments to support the project.

·     Identify project deliverables and creating the work breakdown structure in collaboration with the operations team.

·     Ensure that all project components are deployed timely.

·     Develop project reports for the client(s).

·     Responsible in compiling project documents.

·     Monitor project execution and quality assurance of deliverables.

·     Coordinate with team members and the clients to ensure an effective project delivery.

·     Support the coordination process between the company and the client(s).

·     Monitor project execution and quality assurance of the deliverables.

Requirements

·     The ideal candidate is preferably someone with experience in project management with a strong knowledge in digital strategy, particularly digital marketing.

·     The candidate must be Internet savvy with high familiarity with mainstream digital platforms (social medias, search engines, emails, etc.)

·     Fluent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English in written and verbal forms.

·     High attention to details, excellent organization and time management.

·     Has a can-do mentality, self-starter, and willing to make fast decisions.

·     Ability to think creatively and critically.

·     Willing to travel.
