Summary Job Duties and Tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answers telephone calls, provides information on events, assists patrons with information, and take hotel/tour/attraction orders.
  2. Assists in creating and maintaining customer accounts, making hotel/tour/attraction sales and entering data into a computerized ticket system.
  3. May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
  4. May need to participate on promotional event outside office hour
  5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • SMIP / D3 Tourism preferred
  • No previous work experience required
  • Able to use computer (Microsoft office &¬†Excel)
  • Handworker, discipline, honest, communicative, responsible
