Accounting Clerk

A. Job Description for Accounting Clerk (Admin)

•Cross-checking Good Received Note/weighbridge/Service Report with invoice and input to the system

•Ensure that every Good Received Note has Purchase Order or contract signed

•Liaise with the Tax Staff on the tax deduction to be made before processing the payment voucher

•Preparation of Sales Invoice & Delivery Order for Sales

•Preparation of Account Receivable Aging Report, Account Payable Aging Report, GRIR Aging Report

•Cross checking the worker payroll

•Monitoring  outstanding Account Receivable and inform to manager

•Preparation of bank reconcilation

•Assisting in stock take, assets

•Any other accounting matters

B. Requirement:

ØCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Tax/Accountancy or Equivalent

ØComputer Skills (Ms. Office, Internet, accounting software experience)
