Travel Consultant Staffs

We are looking for an enthusiastic consultant to join our growing team.

We are looking for a Travel Consultant Assistant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses).

Main Duties:

  • Create trip description & itinerary
  • Manage participant registrations & follow up on payments
  • Communicate with vendors to finalize trip
  • Schedule & communicate with Host
  • Help execute marketing activities
  • Manage client database

Desired Skills & Competency

  • Passionate about the travel industry
  • Fresh graduate from any background (S1/Bachelor Degree/D3)
  • Good administration & execution skills: efficient, attention to details, multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills (in English and Bahasa)
  • Flexible, willing to learn & grow together with the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop are highly valued and should be highlighted.
