Job Summary:

To assist all Trade Marketing Managers (TMM) for the detail operational work with Area Team and agency.

The key areas of responsibilities include:

• Manage and monitor the logistic/ delivery process to Area based on what have been calculated by Trade Marketing Manager.
• Collect implementation proof from Area of every project that Trade Marketing has.
• Calculate and manage GWP stocks in Area and also receive additional request from Area if they need more stocks on top of what TMM has giving to Area.

General Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree in Business Management/Marketing/ Finance or any related field
• At least 6 months management experience in administration or other functions related to sales in consumer goods environment.
• Very good in number and administration.
• Good understanding of logistics and forecasting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good coordination to work with both Area Team and Agencies.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
