IBM-JTI “The Graduates” is a program made by IBM Subsdiary Company to groom passionate, innovative, and talented university or academy fresh graduates that have curiousity for having a great career in IT Services Industry and become part of IBM-JTI, to make impacts not only for themselves but also for the company and the community.

Job Requirements:

Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
Candidates have just recently graduated or have maximum working experience about 1 (one) year
Actively communicate in English is mandatory
Candidate must have curiousity and passion in IT Industry
Candidate has can-do attitude, and eagerness to perform extramiles for striving excellence
