Job Description:

Taking on this role would mean helping small medium enterprises engage and connect with prospective employees better through Helpster platform. You would actively search for these companies and convert sales leads into actual clients on our portfolio, whether it’s via phone or email or other communication means.

Required Skills:

• Experience in doing telesales in B2B setting
• Aggressive and is not afraid of rejections
• Excellent communications and listening skills
• Polite and friendly manner, positive attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and have initiative

General Requirements:

• Ability to work in a highly charged environment while maintaining high quality standard
• Strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and go beyond what’s expected
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environment
• Customer centric
• Should ideally possess start-up acumen: strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and do what it takes to get things done
