Responsibilities:
· Monitoring application performance, uptime, and health
· Troubleshooting <a href=”https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technical_support#Tier_1″>Level 1 support</a>
· Writing <a href=”https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postmortem_documentation”>postmortem documentation</a> of all incidents
· Work with Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to automate common troubleshooting issues
Requirements:
· Male, Fresh graduate or maximum 3 year experience
· General Linux system administration skills
· Competency in English
Bonus points for experience with:
· Bash Scripting, Python, Ansible, Vagrant
· Databases; relational or NoSQL
· Continuous integration; Jenkins
· Rundeck
