Responsibilities:

• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Facilitating discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, applications programmers and clients.
• Designing software and system architecture with OOP methodology.
• Managing and reviewing the execution plan across the programmers team.
• Contribute in team building, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, monitoring, reviewing and appraising job.

 Requirements:

• 3 years min project management experience in IT  industry.
• Bachelor’s degree Informatic Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge and have experience Website & Mobile apps programming.
• Must have excellent client management skills in order to create and maintain positive relations.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the organization (leadership, sales, analysts, development, QA, finance, operations, etc).
• Ability to proactively detect potential issues and risks, along with implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
• Good knowledge in PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Java and C/C++.
• Experience in Android and iOS platform will be an advantage.
• Experience in Project Management tool such as teamwork will be an advantage.
