Main Job:

• Updates and maintenance on social media
• Coordinate social media scheduling for regular posting of contents
• Create creative campaign (Post, Photo, Video) to increase engagement in social media
• Monitor the performance of post in all social media
• Engage and maintaining conversations with customers through social media

Requirements:

• Expert on Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, for websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is also needed.
• Need to know what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use.
• Know how to best communicate a company’s message on different platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues or deal with angry customers.
• Have a good communication skill
• Friendly and approachable online will help.
• Understanding computers, SEO, internet access and being tech savvy is necessary.
• Self motivated with the ability to initiate continuous improvement, persistent, strong analytical skill and strategic thinking
• Hardworking, creative, innovative and can work under pressure and tight deadline
