Key Job Responsibilities Include:

·Looking for a candidate who will be able to demonstrate expertise for merchant identification, acquisition, negotiation, on boarding process and on-going day to day management.

·Prospect and acquire new strategic accounts/business. Conduct sales presentations via phone/internet and meetings to new merchants.

·Ensure a deep knowledge of the marketplace platform environment to ensure full merchant understanding of our value proposition.

·Coordinating with Marketing on the Cost Estimates for Marketing Partnerships

·Assisting in the onboarding of the brands who want to be a merchant of Kidipal strategic merchant relationships from qualification to post-sales set up to maintain service level standards.

·Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.

·Manage and adhere to SLA and other process related documents. Responsible to draft new processes in case any required for online merchants.

·Work with the direct marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach

·Coordinate and closely collaborate with other departments to find out sales leads.

·Develop robust campaign documentation

Executing online campaigns (product, promotions and partnerships) to drive business performance.

Requirements:

·Wide Retail and Brand Relationship Network.

·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

·Excellent Presentation and Time Management Skills

·Flexibility to deal with anyone inside and outside of the organization

·Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

·Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

·Fluency in English.

·Ability to work in fast pace industry / startup

·Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

·Fresh Graduates & Interns are welcomed.
