Summary of responsibilities:

As part of the Technology & Operations Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

– To be the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival till departure and handle their queries in relation to the products and services offered by 1-18golf.

– Supervise the Front Desk and Starter operations and ensuring that the relevant processes and procedures are conducted.

– Perform business analysis and recommend appropriate strategies.

– Support marketing and promotional strategies such as digital marketing, advertising banners, events, and golf tournaments.

– Strong face-to-face and customer service skills, ability to interact with people across different levels.

– Well presented and enjoy meeting new people and make new relationships.

– Self-motivated and willing to join start-up Tech company where one can make huge impact while enjoying it.

– Willing to take the opportunity of being involved in Golf-related markets and activities, acknowledging that high quality of segments are behind it.

– Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, majoring in Public Relation, Marketing, or Hospitality.

– Have own transport to travel across Jabotabek area.

– Willingness to work at the Golf Courses.
