RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Decription

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will responsible to run the recruitment activities, end-to-end recruitment process, such as, but not limited to channeling, selection, package build up, offering, onboarding.

Sets goals to achieve target of manpower and continuous improvement of quality of manpower to support channel target effectively

Reviews and monitoring operating result on daily, weekly and monthly basis, directing corrective action where required and developing a process of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Male
• Have a minimum Bachelor Degree.
• An experienced recruitment professional with both agency and onsite/in-house recruitment experience minimum 2 years in Sales or Otomotive industry.
• The ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Problem-solving ability and creativity.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Have ability to prioritise, work independently and work under pressure.
• Have pleasant personality, professional attitude, and a team player.
• Demonstrate high degree of credibility, responsibility and integrity.
• Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) are required.
