In order facilitate further growth and develop our labour supply services we are looking for an Account Manager Labour Supply to strengthen our team in Sukajadi, Batam. You will be in charge of our labour supply services and will be facilitating the recruitment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

–          Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote our labour supply services;

–          Enquire with clients about their specific labour needs and advise them accordingly;

–          Manage relations with current clients to make sure they are satisfied with our labour supply services;

–          Facilitate the recruitment for our clients by posting job advertisements, selecting strong candidates and organizing the job interviews;

–          Manage our recruitment media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote our latest job opportunities to the local labour market;

–          Provide our clients guidance regarding prevailing manpower regulations and offer solutions to any labour issues they may face.

Requirements:

–          We are looking for someone currently living in Batam;

–          At least 4 years of experience – preferably in a similar position;

–          Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field;

–          Highly motivated, sales driven individual – commercial minded and able to work under pressure;

–          Being able to manage your tasks and responsibilities without supervision.
