Confidential company is looking for young professional to be place in Teluk Bintuni, West Papua.

Each student will be provided flight cost, accomodation, travel insurance and monthly allowance of US$ 450/ month to cover their living expenses while doing their internship in Papua.

The profile for interns are as follows:

1.     In their last semester in University/ Currently looking for work

2.     Background study: 1 from Law, 1 from Marketing Communications, 2 from Accounting

3.     Maximum 25 years old

4.     Minimum GPA of 3.0

5.     Have passion in social/ human resource development

6.     Good communication, adaptation and social skills

7.     Willing to learn and able to work well within the team

8.     Advance knowledge in Ms Office application (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point)

9.     Understand standard operating procedure

10.  Creative & Innovative – good sense of product design (for PT SKB) is preferable

11.  Able to use social media to market products/ services (for marketing position) : knowledge on e-commerce – web, facebook, instagram, line

12.  Understanding the basics of contract of cooperation (for position business legal)

13.  Have an understanding of ethics and business legal (for position business legal)

14.  Physically able to travel long-distance or commit at least 3 months full-time in Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua.
Job Descriptions for Marketing Communication position :

1.    Conduct a general observation related to market opportunities

2.    Determining the business situation especially on the marketing aspect (SWOT analysis)

3.    Arrange marketing plan (including setting up promotion tools)

4.    Offer / sell products directly or online (telemarketing, internet marketing / web, social media)

5.    Developing a control system for product order (generating sales documents, managing / documenting business documents)

6.    Review the price / cost of production, and determine the appropriate selling price

7.    Manage product stock

8.    Communicate with customers directly or online

9.    Create a consumer database

10. Create a weekly sales report
