Loan Operations Officer (Contract)

Job Description:

Conduct, record, verify loan application through call
Update information by recording discrepancies advised by customer through recorded phone conversation
To focus phone verification efforts on selected work list and/or priority applications assigned by team leader

Requirement:

Age maximum 25 years old
Minimum D3/ College graduate or equivalent, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Willing to be contracted for 3 to 6 months
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
Required Skill(s): customer service, outbound call, communication skills
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/ Financial Services or equivalent
