Job Description:

• Serving client by providing information services; resolving service problem.
• Handle phone calls from clients in a professional manner and good communication.
• Provide updates information to client related.
• Handling client complaints and follow up on all appropriate stakeholders.
• Handling Feedback client (satisfying or complaint).
• Doing minor website fixes and content upload when client requested.

Requirements:

• Max 25 years old.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Degree/Diploma in IT background or related field.
• Knowledge of web programming.
• Knowledge in SEO.
• Good interpersonal skill and work as part of a team.
