Duration : Initially until 31 December 2018 with possibility of extension up to 8 months (Subject to availability of fund)
Monthly Allowance : Approximately IDR 9,267,183 (subject to 10% of DSA Jakarta Rate)
Closing Date : 25 October 2018

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Protection Assistant, the incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Create individual physical files for newly registered asylum-seekers and undertake filing of relevant documentation;
2. Assist in ensuring all files are properly recorded in the file tracking system;
3. Update the case management database upon receipt of the latest information on persons of concern, particularly addresses and phone numbers;
4. Perform other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Competencies: Communication; technological awareness; teamwork and collaboration.

Nationality: Citizen of Indonesia; Non-citizen with Indonesian PR.

Languages: Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral) highly essential; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

Desirable Skills: Communication; computer.
Education: Completion of Secondary Education. University Degree in Library studies, Social studies,

International Relation Studies, or related disciplines would be advantage.
