• Collaborate with department leaders to carry out project initiatives to reach business goals of all products
• Manage ambiguous situation and deliver problem identification and solution planning
• Work with marketing and creative team in executing strategic marketing plan, including leading the effort for partnership and program develop for all products
• Work with product managers in planning improvements, project execution, and solution development
• Own a specific and separate set of KPIs for the initiatives that the business analysts are assigned to
• Get your hands dirty with hands-on operational work on the ground if needed to ensure that all initiatives are carried out effectively and seamlessly

An Ideal candidate will posses:

• S1 Bachelor/Diploma degree in any major
• Strong initiative and go-getter mentality
• Strong passion in education, business development, and management
• High level of project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in ambiguity and have hustler mentality: pick up failures of experiments and iterate rapidly to achieve success in project goals
• Proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent writing skills will be a major plus
