Noble Solutions is an education focused management consultancy firm that develops, implements and manages market integration strategies for higher education institutions that seek to form educational projects in Vietnam and Indonesia. Our primary focus is to create sustainable education, industry and government partnerships that result in commercial channels of student recruitment to our client institutions, while simultaneously assisting our local Vietnamese and Indonesian partners to deliver on both their internationalization and human capital objectives. 

Responsibility :

• Build and maintain relationships with Indonesian education institutions and private businesses on behalf of Noble Solutions’ clients
• Travel regularly in Indonesia with foreign manager for meetings and market research activities
• Travel regularly in Indonesia with overseas delegates to manage scheduled meetings and act as a translator & minute taker
• Conduct Market research relating to identifying potential Indonesian education institutions and private businesses that Noble Solutions can do business with
• Organize and schedule meetings for overseas clients with Indonesian based clients
• General administration work relating to client management such as the organization of gift giving, development of PowerPoint presentations, speeches, management of contact database, organization of travel schedules, accommodation and entrance visas, management of embassy/local officials and press contacts.

Requirement :

• Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading)
• Hold a business related Degree (an overseas degree is favourable)
• Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia and overseas
• A self-motivator, due diligent, honest and reliable
• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks/relationships
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, and can interact well with people of different cultures
• Have a high level of computer skills (word, excel, power point)
