We are looking for last year student who are available to join our company as HR Intern and help organising and managing our HR and GA administrative stuffs. Expected join date: 20 June 2018, duration 3 months.

What you are going to do:

• Assisting recruitment process [sorting the CV, calling the candidate, scheduling interview]
• Organising employee personal file and input employee personal data
• Managing employee registration for insurance and gym membership
• Summarizing and ordering GA request [ATK, electronic request, etc]
• Handling onboarding for new employee [create work email, back office account, preparing the hardware, sending welcome email]
