As one of our talented HR Generalists, you will be responsible for providing HR support for employees located in iruna as well as assist with duties related to managing the onboarding/offboarding process. Partner with the HR Team to meet objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefit, talent retention, etc
• Build and review of the Human Resource (HR) policies, procedures
• Provide guidance to the individual departments in performance management and employee development
• Establish frameworks for learning & development, talent management, career planning, and sucession planning

Who you are:

Educated. Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology or Human Resources with GPA 3.00

Experienced. Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in different facets of human resources management.

Technically Savvy. Highly capable with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with this use of HRIS, applicant tracking and performance management systems.

Integrity. Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues and events

Go-Getter. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Results-oriented. You possess strong, planning, execution and multitasking skills and have demonstrated ability to re-prioritize on the fly. Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines
