Finance Administrator Intern

Responsibilities:

The job is mainly to support the finance team, which includes but not limited to:

Maintain up-to-date billing system
Generate and send out invoices
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

Requirements:

Majoring in Accounting / Finance
Female at least 5th semester in the university year
Reside in Jabodetabek Area or available reside in Jabodetabek Area during internship period if you reside in outside Jabodetabek Area
A team player
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Have a desire to learn
