What you will really be doing

• Petty Cash management and reporting.
• Prepare the journal entry for daily transactions.
• Processing account payable and payments.
• Prepare Financial Statement, profit and loss report.
• Handling and managing tax related matters.
• Liasing with other departments and suppliers for any outstanding invoice.
• Monitoring and managing office supplies level.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset and Office Inventory (excluding product for sales) in a timely manner.
• Organizing and filing documents for audit purpose.
• Engagement with other Institutions related to BPJS, Tax, and other financial matters.
• Participating in any ad-hoc assignments/projects.
• Handling general administrative task as per requested by your supervisor.

What we need you to have

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Management
• 2-years experience in handling accounting and taxation reporting.
• 2-years experience in accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Journal.Id, etc.

Employment Status

Above position will be under contract for 12 months and the employment status will be considered accordingly after the contract is completed.

Office Hours

You will be working from Monday to Friday, 09.00 am – 06.00 pm or 10.00 am – 19.00 pm at our office in West Jakarta. Please note due to the nature of the work which is based on output target, we require your flexibility to working overtime if needed.
