• Arranging Incentive Trips, Promotional Trips and Factory Visits
• Organizing corporate gathering, team outing, annual conferences
• Bookings for any travel needs – flights, accommodations
• Arranging travel documents (Visa, Passport) and Travel Insurance

Continental is affiliated with <a href=”http://www.travelpeople.co.id/”>TravelPeople</a>, a customized travel organizer that focuses on Indonesian destinations. Our client list include Unilever Indonesia, Fonterra Brands, Prambors Radio (MRN Media), Supreme Energy, KokikuTV and Centurion Property Group.

Main Role:

• Assisting in preparing proposals to bid for clients business
• Handling day to day event project management of upcoming trip or events
• Managing budgets for upcoming trip or event
• Client liaison including presentation & daily correspondence

Secondary Role:

• Developing and follow-up on new client

Required Skills & Competency:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable University
• 1-2 years experience in an event organizer
• Able to work independently, self-motivated & energetic
• Good administration & execution skills

Preferable skills and competency

• Good interpersonal & communication skills (in English and Bahasa)
• Flexible, willing to learn & grow together with the business
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Any extra-curricular activities, achievements, work experience, internships and organizational experience are highly valued and should be highlighted.
