a.       Customer Service : Manage customer support and have attention to detail. Can track, report and communicate to Tinkerlust customers. Respond to customer questions and do everything possible to provide an amazing customer experience.

b.      Operations : Coordinate and monitor the merchandise flow and  production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvemnets. Ensure quality of products.
