1. Monitoring and follow up order constraints on day to day basis
2. Strong analytical skills in providing solutions to inquiries/problems
3. Fast typewriting and accurate in responding to customers’ messages/inquries
4. Support in daily accounting activities
5. Establish good relation with customers
Requirements :
1. Good verbal communication skills (through Phone)
2. Must posses at least a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting Major
3. Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require
4. Have a strong problem solving skills
5. Good in using Indonesian (Bahasa) both oral and written (using EYD as base)
6. Ready to work on shifting system.
