Customer Relation Internship

  • planning, developing and implementing Customer Relations strategies;
  • reinforcing Mobilkamu’s brand and behavioural standards, making sure all employees abide to them;
  • communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople to better understand the company’s needs;
  • constantly following up on any form of communications from customers;
  • liaising with and answering enquiries from customers, individuals and other organisations, possibly via telephone and email;
  • devising and coordinating photo opportunities, especially covering car delivery to customers;
  • preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
