Responsibilities

You will be part of a fast-paced eCommerce last mile logistics team orchestrating seamless communications between our drivers & riders on the ground, delivery end recipients as well as the operations team from some of our largest clients. You take pride in making sure that every parcel gets successfully delivered no matter the complexity or limitations faced and you work towards overcoming these challenges.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients never fail their customers and more importantly, our drivers/riders gets to earn more income to improve the lives of their families through your meticulous planning, daily coordination work and continuous process improvement efforts to strengthen the logistics capabilities of the team.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and dispatch grocery orders through a robust system to manage riders, shoppers and customers
• Communicate with the riders and shoppers treating them as our customers but at the same time, managing as part of our employee
• Coordinate and gather information as needed to help management build and enhance systems within your job scope
• Analyze and implement order management and bundling based on data and demand
• Understand the service area of Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi and Depok to make sure pickup and delivery is as efficient as possible
• Coordinate with partners to ensure pickup time, deliver, managing expectations and work load
• Review and analyze maps, routes, and help integrate knowledge into the system and processes

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any reputable University
• Flexibel working hours, can work on weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
• You are motivated to your works and willing to share
• You enjoy working in a start-up and open environment
• You take pride and ownership in your work
• You are self-motivated and work well under pressure
• Able to speak English
