We are on the hunt for a hungry and talented Creative Content Writer & Social Media Marketing Manger to work across a diverse range of projects for both print media and digital media. You should live, breath, eat and sleep content writing, be full to the brim with creativity and be looking for a real challenge.

A passion for writing, procuring and publishing good content is essential – an eloquent and succinct writer who is savvy with what works well on the web. You’ll need to be enthusiastic about creating content on whatever subject is thrown your way. Quality is key – we’re looking for someone who isn’t happy with content that’s acceptable, great content is what we’re striving for.

This is an opportunity to gain an experience in a fast growing digital marketing agency. You will be working with a small, friendly team helping to develop the online strategy of the business.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for all the content across the business. Specifically you’ll be:
Responsible for the content across all the pages of the website, including all the individual landing pages.

·       Initiating and bringing the automatic email communications up to standard. i.e. crafting and sending regular newsletters and promotions

·       Running our Twitter and Facebook pages, syndicating our content and engaging with our social media followers

• Producing content for the website in terms of blog posts, articles, images, guides etc…
• Working on various aspects of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
• Become a key part of the online strategy and feed into the development and execution of the strategy
• Learning new online marketing techniques and keeping up with the latest developments
• Updating our website content.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Interested in all things internet (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Online Shopping)

• A good writer who can produce lively and interesting website copy

• A good team player.

• Hardworking and open to learning new skills.

• Well organised and good time keeping.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Social Media Management
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels.
• Email Marketing
• Copywriting
• Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends wider marketing initiatives.
• Content calendar management
• Regular monitoring, optimizing and reporting on content marketing campaigns.
• Briefing and Managing Marketing Assistant on content creation.
• Creating detailed marketing plans for all content campaigns
• Running advertising campaigns and social media advertising online
• Creation of basic design assets

Finally, we’re looking for someone who is highly motivated. It’s an increasingly fast-paced environment as we engage with new audiences. It’s a huge opportunity for someone who’s dedicated and passionate about writing.

Where you’ll be based
This is a work from home position. You are free to work from café, home or on the move.

As a vital part of a small team, you will need to be a confident self-starter and happy to handle briefs from concept right through to delivery. We like our colleagues to take ownership of their respective domain and feel free to question what they feel right and put forward their opinion.

Although this role is a Junior level/part-time position, we however, want this to be transformed into a Full Time position.

You also have to have a regular contact with reporting colleague via email, WhatsApp and Skype. So it is essential to have an excellent communication manner.

Probation

There will be a probationary period of 3 months within which the notice period for both you and Core-red is 3 weeks. After the successful completion of your probationary period, the notice period will be 6 weeks.

You will report to assigned reporting colleague and your working hours will be from 12:00PM to 8:00PM Indonesia time. However, we provide full flexibility in timings. We want work to be playful and be taken seriously that way. If you feel some days that you like to take couple of hours OFF, you must inform the reporting colleague in advance. You can then cover those hours on weekends or any other time.

In addition to your salary you will also be entitled to performance based bonuses.
