Job Location: Jakarta
Key responsibilities
1. Collection on delinquent accounts by calls & email
2. Document all communication with customers
3. Analysis of non-payment cases to propose & improve process

1. Related experience on collection, good communication skill:
2. Excellent problem solving and logical analysis ability;
3. Excellent customer service awareness and skill;
4. Excellent problem summary ability;
5. Diploma or above.
