We want to simplify the process of finding the right service professional for all your personal & household needs. We have recently been selected as the winner of Startuppedia ASEAN Challenge 2016 and are aggressively expanding our business across the nation.
Responsibility: 1) Handling customer enquiries and escalate it to relevent division. 2) Providing input on improving customer service SOP. 3) Data entry and administrative works. 4) Data analysis and present the result to the team.
Requirement: 1) Good communication skill (verbal and non verbal) 2) Basic english language (active) 3) Accounting background is highly preferred. 4) Experience in using Microsoft Excel. |
