JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Find, negotiate, and deal with new business channel
2. Create programs for Kolega business development
3. Find new ideas and innovations for Kolega business development
4. Identify potential business deals by building an extensive pool of leads
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Closely work with the Business Development team to develop new accounts and new opportunities within existing accounts

REQUIREMENTS

1. Maximum 27 years old with minimum 2 year experience
2. Minimum bachelor degree from business and economy
3. Preferably has experience working in startup environment
4. Strong communication and networking skills
5. Outstanding communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations
6. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
7. A track record of resilience and high standard of self-discipline
8. Excellent intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
9. Having interest and aware with start up company especially co-working industry
