Building Maintenance (BM) Admin to be based in Bandung
Requirements:
– Fresh graduated from Engineering Faculty or from any major with at least 1 year experience as Admin in General/Civil Construction company.
Responsibilty:
Handling all engineering admin jobs such as:
– Preparing engineering machine maintenance schedule
– Preparing purchase order
– Stock opname
– Assisting BM Manager to prepare monthly report
– Controlling distribution of working order letter
– Responsible in filing system
