We are looking for a Account Executive who can join Codemi team. This is a very dynamic job and requires an energetic person. We offer an upbeat and fascinating working environment.

As a Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

Ultimately, you should contribute to maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Responsibilities:

·        Retaining existing customers

·        Discovering client’s business needs and proposing appropriate solutions

·        Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account

·        Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings

·        Negotiating and closing contracts

·        Maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as an account executive, or in other sales/customer service role

·        Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

·        Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

·        Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

·        Organizational and time-management skills

·        A business acumen

·        Enthusiastic and passionate

·        Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia
