– Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their communication program (advertising, activation, creative also digital) requirements;

– Working with agency colleagues to devise their coummunications campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;

– Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly head of account team), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;

– Working with the head of account to brief  team of media, creative, activation, digital and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies

– Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and all agency’s collegues and internal team by maintaining regular contact with both,

– Ensuring that communication flows effectively;

– Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;

– Presenting strategic plan includes media, creative, digital and activation to clients for approval or modification;

– Handling campaign starting from preparation until done, also not limited to administration of invoicing ;Writing client reports;

– Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;Undertaking daily administration tasks;Arranging and attending meetings;Making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency

Requirements:

– Maximum age 27 years oldMinimum S1 in communication major preferred

– Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)Strong written / verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal, negotiations and communication skill

– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

– Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills

– Having experience in advertising agency 

– Honest, tenacious, persistent, passionate, energetic, detail oriented, creative and highly motivatedHard worker and able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
