With your strong understanding of accounting, you will assess how currently used business logic will handle business cases. You will make sure that the business logic is correct and completely cover variations of similar cases. If you think it’s either incorrect or incomplete, you can provide specific example.
Another way to communicate your findings well, you must formulate the coverage in many different ways, concluding the same thing from many different approaches. You must understand other approaches and reason using those approaches.
Quality Assurance
You will read business logic from code and assess how much it satisfies the technical specification. You understand that’s not enough because business logic’s result is dependent on the surrounding codes.
You will figure out ways to fail a program. You will develop app to iterate on possible scenarios to achieve that.
Developer
You will develop application, obviously.
You understand that there is a balance between designing solution and diving into the code. Designing solution ease your coding work but there is an increasing diminishing rate of return. You make your solution generic but you know being too generic is the mother of over-engineering.
Sales
You will be paired with one of our sales. You will learn about our product, our market, and the product-market fit. You elicit feedback about our product, how our customers’ use our product, and how our competitors solve our customers’ problems.
You close sales using different frameworks depending on situation, from generating Attention, Interest, Desire, Commitment, to Action, or from questioning customers’ Situation, Problem, Implication, and Need, and many others.
