Customer Service • Serve as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries received via email and phone. • Manage customer support and have attention to detail. Can track, report and analyze feedback from our users • Responsible for prompt customer follow up in writing or on the phone ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. • Partner with appropriate internal teams to process customer requests. Quality Assurance • Contributing to quality procedures, standards of website • Writing management/technical reports and customers’ complaints • Investigating and setting standards for quality of website • Recording and reporting errors in processes in website Key skills for Quality assurance and E-commerce Customer Service • Confidence • Excellent technical skills • Organisational skills • Strong communication skills • Problem solving skills • Teamworking skills
