Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia and Indonesia, our aspirations don’t stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods are moved in any city worldwide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to assist our sales team through the contribution of generating new sales leads for Lalamove Jakarta! You will be trained on Lalamove sales strategies, and will be responsible for developing a steady pipeline of potential new Users to the platform. This is an exciting role if you enjoy speaking with people, pitching are keen to learn and gain hands on experience on sales and business development! The internship can be a 2-3 month program, and will be remunerated on a monthly basis.

Main Responsibilities

• • Generate sales leads through various channels including but not limited to the Lalamove website, Instagram and Facebook
  • Cold and warm call potential customers to educate them about products and services
  • Provide high quality customer service and help and any queries about what we have on offer
  • Maintain updated customer information in Lalamove’s database

What we seek

• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the logistics industry, E-commerce and social media
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Capable of compiling relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas

What you’ll need

• • Undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint is ideal
  • Intern much have their own laptop
  • Indonesian national with excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa
