Job Descriptions:

• Core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our publisher network
• Acquire new publisher
• Create and develop agreements with publishers
• Maintain relationship with existing local publishers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
• Work closely with internal teams; Account Management and Ad Operations to communicate and prioritize needs/requests

Requirements:

• 1-2 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales field, preferably in Advertising Industry
• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential publisher needs/requirements, end to end
• An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
• Team player as well as ability to work independently
• High attention to details
• Extremely organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
• Fluent English, additional language knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
• Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
