Job Description :

• Graphic Design Intern

1. Create compelling images/designs to compliment PesanLab’s articles & Social Media
2. Assist the Creative Team to produce various creative contents such as UI/UX and Marketing Tools
3. Create various promotional designs such as flyers, posters, t shirts.

• Public Relation Intern

1. Write copy for the website that highlights our products
2. Curate, research, design, and write blog posts on topics relevant to the readership
3. Round up news about our projects and partnerships for email subscribers
4. Write press releases as the company launches new campaigns

• Operation Intern 

1. Cooperate with Team to conduct research activities
2. Support Operations Team to input data
3. Support Operations Team to create better research process
4. Support Operations Team in producing data analysis

• Business Development Assistant Intern

1. A multi-tasking, friendly, and experienced executive assistant
2. Set up and maintain the KPI of each department, reporting HR, budget and sales revenue to CEO.
3. Providing assistance in secretarial support and Following up pending tasks from all departments.

• Accounting Intern

1. Provide general clerical support to the Finance department for various clerical needs as assigned.
2. Assist with time and attendance procedures.
3. Scan, copy, file, mail, archive, and distribution of documents.
4. Coordinate events and arrangements, schedule meetings, and make appointments as prescribed.

• Digital Marketing Intern

1. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
2. Performing market analysis and research on competition for social media
3. Supporting the digiital marketing team in daily administrative tasks

• QA Programmer Intern

1. Run Quality assurance tests to identify, reproduce and report defects
2. Document and rewrite test cases for new and existing features
3. Monitor, Document and report current status of defects and test cases to team leads
4. Create detailed test cases and data for project under testing
5. Work independently to understand business requirements and rules

Qualifications :

• We don’t care your University and your degree, as long as you are fast learner, come in!
• Able to commit to at least 4 full time working days per week in our office.
• A good sense of humour, good inter-personal communication and social skills
• Comfortable with working under time pressure, work environment changes, and a detail oriented person.
• Reliable, & willing to learn and work with a team.
