• Be part of our customer success team, confirming with customers via email, phone Whatsapp
• Answering the phone and answering queries
• Inputting various data crucial to the success of the team

Daily Tasks:

• Managing diaries and making appointments
• Preparing and distributing papers and documents
• Taking minutes
• Drafting letters and other documents
• Maintaining filing systems
• Photocopying and printing
• Using various computer packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
• Inputting data
• Contacting customers to verify information and ensure they have had a pleasant experience with Mobilkamu

Requirements:

• Final Year Student, Having Background from secretary, admin, others or equivalent
• Good in English
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, and communicative skills
• Honest, diciplined, loyal and well-mannered
