About The Position

As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of FoodKoop’s outlets. In managing the outlets, you will maintain relationships with the existing venues, merchants, or other third parties; as well as finding and making deals to potential business partners. You will also be working closely with Outlet Administrators on day-to-day operations of the outlet and making sure that the administrative duties are impeccable.

To fill in this position, we are looking for the highly energized and active person that loves to work in the field with high mobility. You are also expected to be organized and able to run administrative tasks. Time-management needs to be your strong point, as well as the communication skills. Fun and innovative person would be very beneficial for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily activities of FoodKoop’s outlets.
• Becoming the contact person for third parties.
• Making reports and other documentations needed for each outlet.
• Designing new innovations to get more engagement for each market.
• Finding, contacting, and making deals with possibly new business partners.
• Designing and managing procedures that work best for each outlet.

Requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree from any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Has interest in food industry and trends.
• Highly organized person.
• Good communication skill and people-person.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Self-starter with can-do attitude.
