create content plans of hosts performance
monitor daily performance and make improvement constantly
monitor competitors’ content as reference, and give advices of content enhancement
provide proper trainings to hosts regularly, and ensure improvements are carried out
able to work on afternoon shifts (usual from noon till night)
able to work under pressure

able to use MS Office

Salary:
5mio/month + bonus & stock options based on performance
